Activities and Regulatory Status

FES develops and licenses innovative insurance products, and provides related consultancy services, exclusively to authorised insurance companies based in Europe, to enable them to be more competitive in their chosen markets. FES retains ownership of the intellectual property developed and licensed from the United Kingdom.

FES has no involvement in the marketing of any insurance products to consumers.

FES’s role in the insurance product supply chain is purely that of product developer and IP rights holder, and accordingly does not hold, and is not required to hold, authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) the financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom.
